Company and scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the public website of Kokkino Oy and to B2B software services unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Kokkino Oy is a software company, Business ID 3616952-9.

B2B services

Kokkino Oy builds connected systems, software solutions, payment integration surfaces, web pages, operational tools, and server-driven business systems for local businesses and operational partners.

No automatic service agreement

Viewing this website or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a customer relationship, payment service, or software service agreement. Customer work starts only when both sides agree the scope in writing.

Separate agreements

Specific customer work, pricing, delivery scope, support, data processing, payment integrations, and service levels should be agreed in writing. If a signed agreement conflicts with these public terms, the signed agreement controls.

Acceptable use

The website and services must not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, interference with systems, unauthorised access, or attempts to bypass security or operational controls.

Third-party services

Some services may depend on third-party infrastructure, payment providers, app stores, hosting platforms, or integration partners. Their own terms, availability, and policies may also apply.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Kokkino Oy retains its pre-existing software, know-how, designs, systems, and intellectual property. Customer-specific rights should be defined in the applicable agreement.
